The exteriors of the house are really beautiful and will make you not to get bored at any time. After having breakfast under the porch, you can spend the morning cooling off at the private pool, sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, playing table football and billiard and, the littlest ones, in the wooden house or running around the lawn. Then, you can prepare a tasty barbecue in an absolutely magical place and just start over again, back to the pool! This is chlorine and measures 10 x 6 m large and 1 to 2 m deep.
The majestic house is distributed into two floors. Once you come in, there is a spacious living room with A/C, where you can watch TV-SAT, a DVD movie or listen to music. Likewise, on the left side, you have access to the dining area which is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob. Right from there, a corridor leads you to the laundry boasting washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as to a bathtub bathroom and a two single beds dormitory. Upstairs, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower, the other with hydromassage bathtub and shower. As well as this, there are also 4 more bedrooms, two of them featuring double bed and two having two twin beds in each. One of the dormitories has terrace with beautiful views too, and all of them have wardrobe apart from air conditioning. There is availability for 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The accommodation is equipped with oil central heating.
The finca belongs to Búger, a small village situated at 4.5 km, but even close to Sa Pobla, at about 1 km. In both towns, you can find the basic services such as bars, restaurants, etc. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is the nearest, at 14 km or about 10 -15 minutes driving, as well as the golf course of Pollença, at 16 km.
