Holiday home Maria for 6-7 people is located in the village of Dračevac, 6 km from Poreč. The house was renovated in 2010 and is equipped with comfortable furniture. It is located on its own 200 m2 plot and offers its guests a garden with a barbecue, a 28 m2 saltwater pool, a covered terrace with seating and a private car park. The landlord lives nearby.
The holiday home has a living area of 100 m2 and is spread over two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining table and access to the balcony with garden furniture, bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with double bed and single bed with balcony. On the 2nd floor there is the living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, Sat TV and exit to the balcony with seating set and enchanting view of the nature, then a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two beds. In the hallway is the bathroom with shower/WC. The whole house is air-conditioned and has wireless internet.
The holiday home is ideal for couples or families who want to spend their holiday in peace and yet close to the beach.

Das Haus hat uns an sich gut gefallen. Außenbereich tip top. Innenbereich leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Preis Leistung stimmt daher unserer Meinung nach nicht. Mobiliar, insbesondere Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Betten, Schränke ect. sehr zusammen gewürfelt und abgenutzt. Was den Wohlfühlcharakter lei...
