Historic Mallorcan Estate with Pool, Gardens & Accommodation for 8 Guests
Step back in time and experience the authentic charm of Mallorca at Finca Son Esteve, a unique historic estate offering the perfect combination of heritage, tranquillity and modern comfort. Enjoy your holiday at Finca Son Esteve and experience part of Mallorca’s history.
This historical property offers a total of 4 bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms.
Each bedroom is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe, a hairdryer and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round. The spacious interior reflects the finca’s historic charm, with multiple living areas designed for guests to relax and enjoy time together.
One of the lounges features a cosy open fireplace, while the elegant dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals.
Additional outdoor dining areas allow you to enjoy Mallorca’s wonderful climate throughout the day. The Finca has 1800 square metres of constructed area, and you will enjoy 950 square metres of this; the other part of the property is sometimes used by the owners, who have separate access, and you will be totally private. Registration number: AG/89 House: Finca Son Esteve ---------------------------------------- Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents. Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours.
We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 200 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. The finca is fully-prepared during winter holiday, it has centralized heating by diesel, to be paid on the metre rate, that's 1€ per litre and it is not included in the booking price that.
It has to be paid on the check out day. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. Cribs are available upon request for €15, and high chairs can also be provided upon request for €10. *IMPORTANT: Check-ins after 21:00 are only possible upon prior authorization.
Approved late check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 will incur an additional fee equivalent to 50% of one night’s rate.
Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are not permitted under any circumstances.

wonderful property. Excellent communication with Salvador, property company representative. Will absolutely book again for next year. Property was incredibly well looked after, check-in and check-out where smooth and simple. Loved the whole experience of staying here. Enough room for everyone to have private space is needed and fabulous group spaces for dining, yoga et al

This is a lovely property but a few things do not work well.Many lights in the rooms do not work. The coffee machines are broken (pot, buttons). The pots, pans and kitchen accessories (especially knives) are woefully inadequate. The management is professional, the pool and grounds are beautiful, and the owner is hospitable. All in all, a good stay but some small improvements would go a long way.

5***** Superb Finca that exceeded our expectations.
It was a pity that we only had use of the ground floor of the vast house and it in fact had a dozen more bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors which we not open to us to use.
Gardens Pool living areas all fantastic.
Would rent it again next year.
