This is a 130 square metre ground floor and courtyard duplex apartment with sea views. The South and East facing living room with its huge sash windows that overlook Plymouth Sound and the Hoe and has a TV. Down a flight of stairs from the lounge is a large farmhouse style fully equipped kitchen/diner. There is also access to a private courtyard. There are two double en-suite bedrooms, a twin en-suite bedroom and a single bedroom. This apartment can sleep up to 7 adults or 9 people in total (to include any children). Pets welcome.
