The annexe has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
The property includes a large fenced garden with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining and private parking spaces. Die Zimmeraufteilung. Der Garten.
Keine Weingläser, Holzstühle ohne Sitzkissen, für langes Sitzen (da keine Couch vorhanden ist) unpraktisch. Küchenausstattung allgemein etwas dürftig. Eine Kaffeemaschine und eine funktionierende Waschmaschine wären schön gewesen. Im Nebengebäude ging die Toilettenspülung nicht.

La maison est assez grande, mais il faisait très chaud. Dans la description des équipements la climatisation était mentionné mais la climatisation est que dans la petite dépendance et pas dans la maison. Il faisait extrêmement chaud c’était un calvaire. Heureusement que les plages sont jolies et qu’il y’a des bons restaurants.

Die Villa hat eine super Ausgangslage um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden. Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten bei den schönsten Stränden, und in wenigen Minuten in Portoferraio. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Wasser kalt, Es wurde sich jedoch sofort nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme drum gekümmert un...
