It can be easily reached by a handy and enchanting panoramic road which winds up from the lake side on the Tignalese highlands (500 m. above sea level).

There are 30 apartments (2- and 3- room apartments) modernly furnished and have fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, necessary equipment, TV Sat, safe, balconies furnished with table and chairs. Reception, restaurant-pizzeria, indoor heated swimming pool (6 x 12 m), sun terrace with loungers and parasols. The Residence is situated in Oldesio, hamlet of Tignale and about 1 Km from Gardola (the centre of Tignale), easy to reach by feet or car and about 6 km from the beach.

The three-room apartment is ideal for 4-6 people and is divided as follows: two bedrooms (one with double bed - one with 2 single beds or bunk beds), a living room / kitchen with sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower.

The apartment also has a balcony with beautiful lake views.
