Villa Teuta is a modern and elegant villa located in the quiet and attractive Zadar area of Arbanasi, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It is ideal for families or smaller groups looking for privacy, comfort and a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere, with quick access to all the amenities of the city of Zadar.
The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its own air conditioning, which ensures maximum comfort throughout the stay.
Guests have at their disposal two modern bathrooms with showers.
The spacious living room is equipped with SAT TV and a comfortable sofa bed, and is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The exterior of the villa offers a private pool, a summer kitchen, a table tennis table and a pleasant relaxation area.
The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, and the proximity of the beach allows you to enjoy the sea and walks along the coast. - schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit Blick fürs Detail
- sehr gute Ausstattung
- Vermieter mehr als unfreundlich. Check-in war eine Katastrophe.
- der direkte Nachbar hält 3 Hunde im angrenzenden Grundstück im Zwinger draußen. Die Hunde haben den ganzen Tag gebellt!!
- der Pool ist im Oktober zwar in Betrieb, aber das Wasser ist sehr kalt mit 17 Grad.

We had at wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. The place is amazing, and much better than we expected. The house has everything you need for at great holiday, the garden area and the pool is lovely, the beds are perfect. Everything very modern and completely clean.
We can highly recommend this...

It was just perfect.
We loved the pool and the barbecue place, we played table tenis and had quiet nights in big comfortable king size beds.
The kitchen equipment was great as well 👌
