Im Umkreis kann ebenfalls kostenfrei geparkt werden. Das Haus wurde 2012 gebaut. Einkaufsmöglickeiten gibt es im Umkreis von 400 Meter. Die Köln Messe erreichen Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 10 Minuten. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu Bahnhaltestelle von der Wohnung aus. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung.

Description of the accommodation
Die Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und Blick auf den Garten ist 112 qm groß und befindet sich auf der 1. Etage. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. Der Wohnbereich mit Essecke, Sofa und SAT-TV bietet weitere 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist modern und hochwertig mit Badwanne und separater Stehdusche eingerichtet. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehört auch Radio und DVD-Player.
