Bolams holiday home is a 3-bedroom holiday home sleeping 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Entrance Hall - Sitting room with smart TV with Sky channels - Modern kitchen - Dining room - Bedroom 1: kingsize sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: kingsize sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with fitted shower cubicle, WC & hand basin Please note, there are 5 steps leading up to the entrance of the home. Outside the holiday home is beautiful lawned gardens with garden furniture, the perfect location for taking in the beautiful surroundings while dining alfresco.

Heating and Electricity: Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager.
The daily rate for heating & electricity at this property is €5 all year around.
Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice.
Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.

The home was furnished with everything you could imagine and more. John Boham is a very kind and welcoming gentleman. On our arrival he welcomed us with fresh milk, sausages, bread and wine. This holiday home is in a beautiful part of the country with views towards the river and surrounding countryside. It is modern, clean, warm, comfortable and child friendly. The kitchen is by far the most well equipped I have found in an bnb! Just a couple of minutes drive into Thomastown and only 15 mins to Kilkenny. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Having lived in Ireland and Kilkenny for many years it was fantastic to return . A wonderful host . A wonderful house . Absolutely everything you could wish for was there . Thomastown and Kilkenny are beautiful areas . We were able to get to see all our friends and family whilst we were staying here . Loved it and hope to get back soon
