This high-quality finca with saltwater pool is situated on its own on a spacious plot surrounded by fields, right on the edge of the small village of Sa Rápita - away from mass tourism - with its Caribbean Es Trenc beach. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in very comfortable accommodation in an absolutely quiet location, just a short walk from the village centre with its numerous amenities, the marina and the beach.
Built in 2012 and recently renovated in 2018, the single-storey house extends over a generous 250 m² of living space. The interior is divided into three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge area and large dining table. All bedrooms have 180 cm x 200 cm double beds. You can leave the windows open at night thanks to the quiet location and the mosquito screens. In addition, all bedrooms have air conditioning (optional) so that you can enjoy a restful night's sleep even on the hottest summer nights. Wardrobes for storing your travelling wardrobe are also included. From the first bedroom, you have direct access to the adjoining daylight shower room (at ground level) with WC and wash hand basin. The second bathroom is designed with a walk-in shower, bathtub, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. The third bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and walk-in shower. If it gets too warm outside, the pleasantly air-conditioned living room invites you to relax on a large sofa and armchair. The large flat-screen TV with satellite TV and the hi-fi system provide entertainment in the evening. On cooler winter evenings, a fire in the modern wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. Take a seat at the dining table on six comfortable armchairs and enjoy a meal together. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up culinary highlights (raised oven and microwave, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, five-burner gas hob, etc.). The extensive equipment is rounded off by the bookable DSL internet connection via WLAN (optional), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an ironing station.
On the 14,000 m² plot, you have enough space to spread out and listen to the neighbours' sheep in idyllic peace and quiet. Around the finca and the 8.5m x 5m saltwater pool (ideal for children or those with chlorine intolerance) there is a large lawn with sun loungers and a parasol. There is a spacious outdoor shower next to the pool, so you don't have to walk around the house wet. In spring 2018, the terrace was greatly extended and offers two large dining tables and a cosy lounge corner on almost 100 sqm. A Weber charcoal kettle barbecue is available for all barbecue lovers. Palm trees, Mediterranean plants, the cactus garden and a small orchard adorn the outdoor area. The garage serves as a storage area for all the cushions, as well as the children's bed. It is not permitted to park the car in the garage as we do not want the cushions and the cot to emit exhaust fumes.
Another special feature is that the finca and the garden are particularly lovingly furnished with many small details, as the owner family themselves spend their holidays here and want you as guests to feel at home. The house is also accessible via an electric gate and a concrete road.
We would like to point out a few important things.
There are house rules in the house which every tenant must adhere to.
Youth groups under the age of 25 are not welcome, and should bookings be made with persons under the age of 25, such as couples, we expressly require all names of the travellers, as well as the date of birth of all travellers. Furthermore, the deposit will then be increased.
Please note:
The minimum booking period is 7 nights.
The following conditions apply:
The deposit, the Ecotasa and the additional costs for air conditioning and internet are due in cash directly upon handover of the house.
We also require the personal data of all fellow travellers, which will be made available to Mr Mattlat (manager) on arrival without being asked.
The deposit will of course be returned to you in cash on the day of departure if the property is handed over free of defects.
The village of Sa Rápita is only about 1.5 km away. There you will find small restaurants, a bank, grocers, a local bakery, an ice cream parlour and a pharmacy. The famous beach of Es Trenc and the marina are only 1 km away. Campos, the next larger town, can be reached within 10 minutes, after approx. 9 km. Here you will find large supermarkets, boutiques, bike hire and many other things that make a relaxing holiday possible. The airport is approx. 35 km away, excursions to Palma de Mallorca are possible at a distance of approx. 40 km.
