Our holiday home is located in the small village of Cala Llombards in the south-east of Mallorca. Cala Llombards is a small, quiet and tranquil place, which is mainly a weekend resort for Mallorcans. It is a beautiful coastal town for swimming, hiking or cycling and is surrounded by almond groves, which invite you to take long walks during the almond blossom in spring. The shallow beach in the Cala Llombards bay is ideal for children, while older teenagers will enjoy jumping into the sea from the rocky cliffs.
The holiday home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. The living area has a seating area, a satellite TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed for two people. The dining room is furnished with a dining table and eight chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The two bedrooms on the ground floor and the bedroom on the upper floor each have two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm. They therefore offer space for six people. There is a bathroom on both the ground floor and the upper floor. These each have a shower, a washbasin with mirror and vanity mirror and storage space, a hairdryer and a WC. A fan heater is also available for each bathroom. The landlord will also provide you with a towel and a shower towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels for use on the beach. We offer you a contact-free arrival and departure.
All rooms, except the bathrooms, are air-conditioned. All rooms can also be heated with the air conditioning units.
During your stay, you will have access to a roof terrace, several sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols and a private pool, which is heated in spring and autumn (23°C). The large terrace table between the living room and pool offers plenty of space and invites you to enjoy outdoor living. In the outdoor area there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, where you can wash off the sand after swimming on the beach. It is not possible to park on the property itself. However, as there is very little traffic on the road, you can easily park directly in front of the entrance gate.
For families with small children, the landlord can provide two travel cots (70 x 140 cm), highchairs for all ages and an all-terrain pushchair free of charge on request. The travel cots can be stored in bedroom one and bedroom three. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room. There is also a Wi-Fi internet connection in the house. The data volume is unlimited. Air conditioning is available and can be used. In the cold season, the house can be heated with the air conditioning units.

For the safety of your small children, we offer to fence off the pool so that it is childproof.

There is a beach bar in Cala Llombards during the summer months. The two other beautiful little bays, Calo des Moro and Cala S'Àlmunia, can only be reached on foot. During the bathing season, the numerous other small bays in the surrounding area offer the opportunity to enjoy a varied holiday with swimming, snorkelling, diving, surfing, pedalling or motor boating. Other beaches in the surrounding area include Cala Santanyi (with a diving centre and pedalo hire), Cala Mondrago (with restaurants on the beach) and Cala S'Amarador. The Caribbean-like beach "Es Trenc" can be reached after a 25-minute drive in the south of the island near Colonia de Sant Jordi or Ses Covetes. Small motor dinghies can be hired in the harbour of Porto Pedro (no boat licence required). If you would like to go on a bike tour, you can hire bikes cheaply from 'Bike Total' in Cala Figuera. From Colonia de Sant Jordi, you can also take a trip to the nature reserve island of Cabrera. It is also worth visiting the Parque Nacional de Cabrera visitor centre: C/Gabriel Roca s/n, esquina Plaza Es Dolç, 07638 Colónia de Sant Jordi. Santanyí, a small, quiet town with a very beautiful town centre, is approx. 5 km from Cala Llombards. The "Porta Murada", a remnant of the town fortifications, is a reminder of the uncertain times of pirate raids in Santanyí, from which the townspeople tried to protect themselves with a wall. The oldest swallow's nest organ on the island with its Spanish trumpets, which is located in the parish church of Sant Andreu Apòstol in Placa Major, is a cultural sight and, above all, an audio attraction. It is one of the most valuable historical organs in the whole of Spain. Around the parish church you can sit in the cosy street cafés without traffic noise and watch the hustle and bustle. Saturday and Wednesday is market day around the church. A manageable market with a good selection of fruit and vegetables and many handicrafts.
