La Rocca is a magnificent Villa located in the little charming village of Scala di Ravello, on a promontory opposite to the famous Ravello city and overlooking, from a favoured vantage point, the wonderful coastal villages of Amalf,i Atrani and Maiori. The breath-taking views of the sea and the coast and the delightful gardens, surrounding the property like a natural frame, are the main characteristics of this exclusive Villa.
Villa La Rocca consists of a unique building of 3 floors: The villa starts with a large and luxurious living room furnished with a fireplace and a finely restored table with a seating capacity of up to 20 seats. The living room is also provided with a satellite TV, stereo-CD system and internet access. Fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms all with double beds (1 bedroom is equipped with a crib (6-8 places) and every one of them with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with shower bathrooms en suite, TV, air conditioning and heating system and one laundry room. One of the 5 bedrooms consists of a room which is accessible from the outside (from the garden) and consists of 1 French bed. Villa La Rocca offers its guests the luxury to enjoy the comfort both of its large internal spaces and of its extended outdoor area. The Villa, in fact, is surrounded by a garden of around 1.000 square meters and three meadow terraces. The Villa’s outdoor area also has a wonderful large Solarium Terrace equipped with wood oven and barbecue, from where it is but impossible to not be fascinated by the unrivalled views of the sea and the coast. Villa La Rocca is not just the ideal place to realize an absolute dream holiday in the Amalfi Coast but also it has the ideal capacity to host Events and Ceremonies for up to 60 people, with the possibility of overnight stay arrangement of up to 12-15 people. The guests of La Rocca can reach the centre of Scala and Ravello easily, where they will find all the utility services and more. The most interesting Amalfi Coast sites such as Amalfi, Positano and Maiori are reachable by car/bus or by using the maritime connections available in the harbours of Amalfi, Positano and Minori. La Rocca is not recommended to people with disabilities because of the necessary use of stairs (102 stairs) to reach the Villa.

Extra Costs: euros 280,00 of final cleaning.
Visitor Tax: payable upon arrival.
Including water, air conditioning, electricity up 300 kw (from more then 300 kw: euros 0.40 per kw),
bed linens and towels change, 4 times of midweek cleaning for a total of 8 hours.
Parking space on request euros 12,00 per day.
Heating on consumption euros 4,00 per cubic meter.
