Finca ES FIGUERAL D'EN VICENS is situated between Campos and Santanyi (each about 5 minutes by car), and the two beaches of ES TRENC and CALA MONDRAGO are also not far away (about 10-15 minutes by car). Private swimming pool (5x9m). An ideal house for a rural holiday, with a maximum capacity for 4 adults and 1 child. Very well maintained, fully fenced garden (approx. 800m2), around the pool terrace with 5 sun loungers and parasol. Covered and furnished barbecue terrace with grill, small fridge and sink. Garage with washing machine and toilet/shower in the basement, next to the pool. The flat is on the upper floor (approx. 85m2), with a large furnished terrace and a beautiful wide view over the countryside. Double glazed windows. Depending on the wind direction, you may hear noise from the street. The owner lives in the house next door, but completely independently.
