The hose "Casa Bela Vista" faces east and is located above Pedreira/Nordeste. It offers stunning views of the town and the ocean and is an ideal base for hiking trips.
The house, which is about 200 years old and made of volcanic rock, was purchased in 2015 as a ruin and fully rebuilt and renovated from October 2015 to October 2016. The original character of the house was retained by preserving the original door and window frames. The 80 m² house accommodates up to four people and is comfortably furnished. The bright living room is furnished with a wood burning stove, a stereo with a CD player and many CDs, blue tooth access, a television and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is equipped granite counters and all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and the living room is furnished with a sofa. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and bedding. The master bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be combined to a double. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Bedding and two towels per week per person are included in the rental price. The highlight of the house is the bathroom with its level access shower and Jacuzzi tub with views over the island. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are equipped with radiators, while the kitchen is heated with a 12 kilowatt oven. Firewood for the oven and the barbecue are included in the rental price. A washing machine and dryer (fee based) are accessible.
A 40 m² L-shaped, covered patio lets you enjoy the beautiful weather.
The beach is about five kilometres from the property. It is about one kilometre to the nearest shop.
