Large modern holiday home with an open floor plan and space to gather not just one but two families! With a total of seven bedrooms divided into two floors, there is plenty of space for everyone and the whole house is heated with environmentally friendly geothermal heat.
You have access to a large and well-equipped kitchen with the adjoining dining room where you can buy firewood from the owner and fire in the fireplace on cooler days.
The house has several large terraces and a large balcony upstairs.
The terraces are equipped with high quality outdoor furniture and you have access to a barbecue and an outdoor stove.
In the holiday home there is also playground equipment such as a sandpit and swings. The adjacent hydropower plant invites you to set the table for special dinners and the large terrace is framed with a fence and perfect for enjoying the beautiful view of the pond.
Here you also have access to a rowing boat that is included and it may also be possible to arrange an extra rowing boat on request. Things to see and do in Knäred and the surrounding area There are many nice hiking trails around the house and you will find the beautiful Flammafallet only about 900 meters away.
Fishing can be done in Knäred about 3 km away and then you also have the exciting salmon fishing in Laholm! Maybe a dip in the sea is on your wishlist? Then a trip to Mellbystrand can be a suitable alternative and also take the opportunity to check out shops and restaurants in Laholm along the way. Good to know about the accommodation 1 boat is included Bed linen and towels are NOT available in the house – please bring your own. Extra service paid directly to the owner on arrival Final cleaning is NOT included in the price but can be added to your booking: 2 000 SEK/stay.

Großes Haus, ruhige Lage aber die Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig

Die ruhige Lage des Hauses, die Zimmeraufteilung, die vielen Terrassen.
Es gibt zwei Spülmaschinen und zwei Backöfen, was sehr praktisch ist.
Vor den Fenstern hängen Verdunklungsvorhänge.
Es gibt genug Geschirr und Besteck.
Das Haus war leider nicht sauber bei Anreise. Wir mussten alle Küchenschränke reinigen, die Spülmaschine ausräumen und durchsaugen. So etwas ist nach einer langen Anreise wirklich ärgerlich - vorallem bei dem Mietpreis.
Für uns persönlich gab es noch folgende negative Dinge:
▪️ Die Betten sind sehr weich
▪️ Keine Thermoskannen
▪️ Keine großen Schüsseln für Salat oder ähnliches

Helt klart beliggenheden ned til en sø med robåde og i gåafstand til Flammafallet og naturreservat. Den lille hytte med ildsted er også et kæmpe plus.
Renligheden i huset ved ankomst! Der var efterladt skrald og der var nullermænd og muselorte overalt i huset (inkl. i bestikskufferne i køkkenet!)
Der var ingen manual/instrukser i huset som lovet, og da vi kontaktede Stay Nordic på førstedagen, fik vi aldrig svar!
Køkkenudstyret har adskillige mang...

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Herausragend war der Teich und die zusätzliche Terasse am Wasserwerk.
Das Wetter hat sich von der besten Seite gezeigt, welches einen der schönsten Urlaube abgerundet hat.
Die Ostsee war eine knappe 1/2 Stunde entfernt,...
