On the first floor is the living room, boasting uninterrupted, wall-to-wall harbour views reaching as far as the historic Plymouth Barbican and Plymouth’s famous Smeaton’s Tower.
You can step straight out onto your own large balcony, with bistro sets, enjoy a meal in the fresh air and take in the setting sun.
Also on the first floor is the master bedroom, with a comfortable kingsize bed, dressing room and an en-suite.
The other two kingsize bedrooms, one of which can be converted into twin beds, can be found on the second floor, again affording wonderful views.

A lovely property with great views from all the floors. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the activity on the water.
There was everything you could need supplied, and some extras like books and jigsaws if you can be drawn away from the views.
No need to use your car as it's so convenient for the water taxi across to the Barbican.
A great place to visit and we will.be back.
