Lovely cottage, centrally located and a great base to explore Brighton from. We enjoyed the Royal Pavilion, the i360, a walk to Brighton Marina, a couple of museums and the Shaun the Sheep trail which was just reaching its close while we were there. It was a lovely house overall but it is in need of some TLC in certain areas. The front bedroom is showing signs of damp in the corner and the wall, as do some of the curtains, and the downstairs toilet pipe leaks making the floor wet.
