PARMA AIRPORT: 12 minutes by car and 20 minutes by taking bus no. 6 to the Parma Stazione stop. PARMA STATION: less than ten minutes walk from the apartment. IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: you can find free parking near the house or the Toschi, DUS and DUC paid car parks a few minutes walk away. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival. A gorgeous apartment. Due to an bad experience in another Air B&B we had to leave at short notice & were so grateful to have our late booking accepted here. The apartment is wonderful & spacious, modern and in a great quiet location. About 15 mins walk from the main city center of Parma. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Parma! Thank you!

Friendly host, clean and new apartment, nice neighbourhood. A bit of a walk from everything in the city, but all in all nice, because we were travelling with car.
