Wonderful 75 sqm apartment, located on the second floor of a building without a lift, perfect for 4 people.
The property is in the heart of the historic center, close to the Sant'Orsola Malpighi Hospital and the main services (train and bus station): it is an excellent solution to experience the center in maximum comfort.
The living area features a beautiful balcony.
ATTENTION: The building does NOT have a lift, you need to climb the stairs to the second floor to access the apartment.
The inside is organised as follows:

Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, cooking utensils.
Living room. TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS. BATHROOM.
Shower box, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Pocket wifi of 30 gigabytes per month, TV, iron, clothesline and clothes hanger. Cot for babies upon request and payment. ATTENTION: There is work in progress in the building, therefore there may be some noise. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Bologna Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th Late check in: - From 21:30 - 23:00 - Euro 25,00 - From 23:00-24:00 - Euro 30,00 - From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00 In order to provide you a smooth process of check in please advise your Key Holder your approximate time of arrival in advance.

la posizione e ottima molto pulita e anche bella e spaziosa non c’era il phone e non ho potuto lavarmi i capelli mancavano sale ed olio per poter cucinare

le fait qu’il y ait 2 chambres et une belle salle de bain l’emplacement proche du centre et de la gare de bons restaurants dans les environs il manquait de lumière dans l’entrée . la rue est très bruyante le soir et tard dans la nuit . heureusement le double vitrage permet de ne pas trop entendre . manque de couvertures . j’en ai demandé par message mais pas eu de réponses
