Just 450 meters from the sea, in the cool pine forest of Poveromo and Ronchi, is this wonderful holiday villa for 8 people with a location in a bathing establishment and with air conditioning, WiFi Internet and many other services.
Villa Poveromo is located in the second parallel street to the beach promenade, a stone's throw from the beaches and a short distance away it is possible to reach Forte dei Marmi and all the towns of Versilia.
In about 5 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bike you will reach the bathing establishment, which is included in the price of your stay and offers you: a tent for 8 people, a private cabin, a parking space, a slide for children and a restaurant (meals not included). The bathing establishment is included from 18/05 to 20/09 circa (based on the weather).
The holiday rental villa has a private garden on 4 sides of about 700sqm, fenced, and therefore completely independent and at your complete disposal.
The private garden will offer you spaces where you can relax during your break from the sea and sunbathe without being disturbed on the available sun loungers.
Two other corners of the outdoor space allow you to take full advantage of the garden: on the back the dining table with umbrella and barbecue offer you the opportunity to have lunch and dinner outdoors, and also the covered sitting room next to the villa, at the exit. from the living room, it offers you a space to have breakfast or read a book.
In short, this Villa is ideal for a holiday, but it doesn't end there.
At guests' disposal there are 4 bicycles to reach the beaches, the surrounding shops and, why not, discover the pine forest of Ronchi and Poveromo pedaling through the cool and green streets of the area.
In the garden it is possible to park up to 3 normal-sized cars. It is advisable to arrive with cars that are not too wide or long, as the road in front of the villa does not allow particular entry and exit maneuvers.

The interior of Villa Poveromo
The holiday villa in Versilia is divided on several levels.
Ground Floor:
- Living room with fireplace, sofa, Smart TV Netflix included, air conditioning, dining table with door leading to the covered outdoor sitting area, G. Home Nest Hub to help you search, ask for the weather, set alarms or simply to listen music.
- Double bedroom with air conditioning.
- Bathroom with tub/shower.
- Kitchen with exit to the garden and outdoor dining area, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, 3 types of coffee machine (Moka, Espresso with powder and American), complete with all the tools to cook whatever you want.
- Utility room with washing machine and other home accessories.
Floor 1/2: (going up the first stairs in the living room):
- Bathroom with shower.
Floor 1:
From floor 1/2 two stairs (one to the right and one to the left) lead you to:
On the left side: Independent double bedroom with TV.
On the right side attic, all with Velux windows:
- Bedroom with two single beds.
- Bathroom with tub/shower.
- Bedroom with single bed and additional single pull-out bed.
Other information about the Villa: only one bedroom and the living room has air conditioning and the other bedrooms have a fan, free WiFi internet, linen change and mid-stay cleaning included for stays of at least 14 nights, 4 bicycles with relative locks, barbecue, weekly garden maintenance, beach towel (1 per person per entire stay). The beach includes: 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 1 chair, 1 Tent.

Diese Villa war für unseren Urlaub mit zwei Hunden im Mai eine super Sache !!! Wir haben den grossen Garten und die Ruhe in diesem Quartier sehr genossen. Auch das Heus hat genau die Beschreibung Villa verdient. Wir werden das Haus sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!!! Die Betreuung war auch perfekt!!! Danke Jan Fridrich

Casa molto bella, camere ampie e spaziose. Cucina super fornita di ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Giardino molto grande e molto ben curato. Ian è stato eccezionale, sia per la disponibilità, che per la velocità con cui risponde ai messaggi. Posto davvero incantevole a due passi dal mare.
