The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating. The sitting room hosts a Smart TV and sofa bed and there is also a snug room. The bedroom consists of a double bed, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared garden area with picnic benches and a barbecue, a decked terrace with furniture and allocated parking for 1 car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome but children under the age of 8 are not allowed. Please be mindful that the steps are steep and no smoking is accepted. Within 2.4 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a beach. Shippen makes a delightsome escape to the coast of Devon.
