The exteriors of this picturesque house are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by a beautiful garden area, you will find a private chlorine swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m and a depth ranging between 1.10 m and 2.10 m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a porch, a barbecue and several corners where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a small living room and a gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes, which you can enjoy at the table there or in the separate dining room. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with AC, heating and access to the garden, a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second living room with AC and Smart TV and the rest of the bedrooms, all of them with double bed, AC and heating. In addition, two of them have en-suite bathrooms, one with hydro-massage shower and the other with normal shower and dressing room. Another independent bathroom with shower and bathtub complete this floor, which also has a gym area. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
The accommodation is located less than a kilometre from the centre of Algaida, a very welcoming inland village with traditional customs. Here you will find all the indispensable services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In addition to this, it has the advantage of being close to communication routes that will allow you to access any point of the island. The nearest beach is the Arenal beach, although being quite central on the island, you can go to many beaches in any direction. Palma, the island's capital, is only 25 minutes away by car.
The AC only emits cold air, but oil heating is available.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
