Wonderful 1 bedroom refurbished apartment on the fringe of the city centre and located in historical Falls Road area of Belfast. With tons of amenities and attractions on your doorstep there is no need to venture far but just in case you do, a Glider (Belfast's award winning bus network) is right outside the apartment. So whether you are in town to toe tap to Irish music, sample the best Guinness, or be amazed by the many museums, you have found your Belfast home from home :)
The space
Our apartment is located in a fantastic area of the city. It is in west Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to local cafes, bars and restaurants that are all found nearby. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast, you can walk it in under 20 minutes, jump on the super quick glider bus, or hail a local black cab. Dunville Park is very close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll. For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Jail it is possible to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition, the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops just outside the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city.
The apartment has been refurbished with new and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flatscreen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the very soft double bed. The apartment is perfect for those nights in a sit is decked out with board games and games consoles!
The area is very historical and by staying here you will get a real feel for true Belfast life. Overlooking Clonard Monastry and steps away from many tourist sites relating to the “Troubles” of bygone years, you will not be short of things to do in the immediate vicinity. In addition, just 5 minutes walk away you will find the Falls Road Leisure Centre which has a pool, squash courts, basketball courts etc and are available on a pay as you go basis.
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), there is free on street parking right outside and there is a free-to-use washing machine in case you are in the midst of a longer trip.
And also, rest easy – we conform to all Airbnb's cleaning protocols and our place is professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay. We will always leave a buffer of at least 24 hours between stays.
Finally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm and check out is prior to 11am, if you do need leeway on this we will be happy to provide it if possible! Just ask us closer to the time :)

Guests can access the entire space and will have private use of it.

Access is via a key safe so you can arrive at any time after 3pm.
Checkout is 11am but please do let us know close to your arrival if you would like a late checkout or early check in and we will do our best to accommodate :)
The apartment is surrounded by locally owned eateries, bars and other conveniences so you can experience true Belfast life whilst being only a matter of minutes from the city centre.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
