Four-star holiday apartments with a luxurious interior, by the Utjeha bay
“Uvala Maslina” (Olive Bay) is the Utjeha bay, a small and quiet place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro. It is right in the middle, between the two towns of Bar and Ulcinj, and is famous for one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro (awarded the Blue Flag). The four-star holiday accommodation is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, in a quiet and pleasant residential area. As the house is situated on a slope you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and experience romantic sunsets right from the terrace.
Attention was paid to the quality of the decor and furnishing of the apartments, as well as a cosy and tasteful ambience. They therefore meet four-star standards. They provide a luxuriously furnished living room with an exclusive sofa, an LCD TV with a satellite receiver (also German TV via Astra), where you can relax in elegant surroundings. In the evenings you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset over the sea from the sofa, a perfect holiday feeling. The generous air conditioning unit ensures pleasant and cool temperatures. You can prepare meals with fresh ingredients purchased directly from the daily market (e.g. in Bar) in the fully-equipped kitchen. Accessories such as crockery and cutlery, bowls, pots and pans are provided, along with essential small appliances, such as a kettle and coffee machine. The double beds (160cm wide) have quality mattresses and comfortable pillows, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The wardrobes provide ample space for your clothing. Bed linen is provided free of charge. After leisurely sunbathing a shower with massage jets is just the right thing. A big washing machine, a hairdryer and a clothes stand, an iron and ironing board are also available. Shower and bath towels are provided free of charge.
Breakfast on the balcony? A candlelight dinner at sunset? Or simply relax in the sun and enjoy the view of the Adriatic. If you arrive by car you can park free of charge on the parking space that can be locked electronically.
