Dimora Capoliveri is a property divided into three apartments in Le Lecce, which is accessed from a large private land closed by a gate, each of which offers large private outdoor spaces with a view of the sea in the background.
We are in the municipality of Capoliveri, 400 meters from the centre, where nature and tradition meet, in the squares and alleys of the medieval village. Two-room apartment for 2 people Apartment on the first floor, consists of a small living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, equipped outdoor area and large terrace for exclusive use equipped for outdoor dining. Location information: - 400 m from the center of Capoliveri; scenic area Type of furniture: - new Apartment services: - kitchen equipped with electric oven, fridge with freezer and gas burners; LCD TV with satellite system; inverter air-conditioning in the room; large equipped terrace with sea view in the background; outer space Shared services with the property: - barbecue; washing machine and sink; uncovered parking spaces; large land enclosed by a gate Important Notes: - minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys, family welcome) - pets allowed, with a supplement of 30.00 euros to be paid on the spot - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site - check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
