The living space in this home consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a sitting room with a selection of books, TV with Sky Glass, and a gas fire, and an external utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of two double, and a single, serviced by a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and designated parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Travel cot available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and Peakshole Water in 0.1 miles, and a pub in 0.2 miles. Trickett Gate Cottage is a delightful base for a Derbyshire escape. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: There is a stream behind the garden; please ensure children are supervised at all times.
