Es una casa recien reformada, cerca del centro de la ciudad (a unos 15 minutos andando) en un barrio tranquilo. Cerca también se encuentran supermercados y demás servicios.
El mobiliario es nuevo y sencillo y todo estaba muy limpio. Dispone de plaza de aparcamiento.
El propietario es muy amable.
