The registration in any government office is not allowed. ** Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the residential neighborhood of Los Jeronimos, on a bright sixth floor and with an exterior layout. It has all the comforts of a modern, air-conditioned, familiar and elegantly decorated home. Upon entering the apartment we find a long corridor that leads directly to the living/dining room with a sofa, side table, TV, chairs and a dining table with capacity for 4 people.
Next to the living room and with access from the hallway, we find the fully equipped kitchen. From the living room we can access the two bedrooms, one with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m and the other with a double bed of 1.60 x 1.90 m. Both have a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The apartment is superbly connected to the transport network of urban buses, metro, regional and national train stations, as well as the 24-hour bus and train service to the airport. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.
The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process.
Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

This was a great location. Super close to the main Atocha train station and metro line but also walking distance to many restaurants, bars and interesting sites.

Tout etait bien : accueil, équipement emplacement dans la ville. Un seul élément désagréable , les cloisons entre l'appartement et Celui des voisins sont tellement minces qu'on entend tout, y compris la machine a laver qui tourne tres tard le soir et donne le sentiment de dormir dans la meme piece...

Me encanto que el acceso al Metro estaba cruzando la calle. Muy tranquilo para dormir a pesar de estar cerca de una avenida principal no se sentía ruido, la cama comodisima. También me gustó q cada habitación tenía su baño. Esta propiedad es una joya en el centro de Madrid, me volvería a quedar aqu...
