In a land as beautiful as Franciacorta, Villa Artemisia is a historic residence dating back to 1700 which, over time, has kept its charm and elegance intact.
A dream location, the Villa is on two floors for a total area of about one thousand square meters.
Its refined environments make this location perfect for the celebration of romantic weddings but also to host unique events. The property offers 26beds in 11 rooms, some with fireplaces.
It is the ideal solution for families or groups who want to spend a few days in a house that has the advantage of guaranteeing complete privacy, given its size, without giving up all the comforts of services. Inside, you will be welcomed by five large rooms overlooking, together with the well-equipped kitchen, the two porches arranged in front of the garden and the impressive swimming pool equipped with an electric shutter that makes it safe for small children.
Adjacent to the pool is the annex with changing room and bathroom.
In the open spaces there are several centuries-old trees in the shade of which you will also find a play area for the little ones with table tennis and table football along with a barbecue area for quiet barbecues with friends or for a company brunch. The interiors are incredibly charming, with barrel-vaulted brick ceilings in some rooms, brick floors and frescoes in the rooms.
Period furniture, lamps and curtains complete the internal equipment of this timeless place that lights up at night making even the most reserved of guests feel at home. Franciacorta awaits you all around the Villa, a land full of famous vineyards and cellars.
The city of Brescia is a few kilometers away.

Das Haus hat einen morbiden Charme, ideale Kulisse für einen Visconti-Film.
Die veröffentlichten Fotos täuschen darüber hinweg, dass es sich um eine geschlossene Bebauung handelt. Ein Reihenhaus also, allerdings eins von 35 m Breite.
