Villetta Sunshine is a holiday home for 7 guests in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast.
It has a large garden with parking, furnished porch and accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv, electric oven, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans and outdoor shower.
Pets are allowed.

The living room is furnished with an open kitchen, table and chairs and two twin-sized pull-out beds.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with ceiling fans.
Moreover, there is a full bathroom.
Outside, there is another full bathroom with washing machine.
The surroundings of Villetta Sunshine in San Pietro in Bevagna Villetta Sunshine is a comfortable solution for a holiday close to the sandy beach and the city centre.
It`s within walking distance from shops and services.
It`s close to uncontaminated beaches such as the Salina dei Monaci and the cool water of Chidro river mouth, which is like a natural and regenerating pool. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the living room. - Ceiling fans just in one bedroom.

La struttura era grande e con posto auto privato, oltre ad avere 2 bagni.. di cui uno esterno.
Vorrei esporre in modo neutrale le mancanze, poi giudicherete voi x la struttura ed in generale San Pietro in Bevagna :
1) l’acqua era dal pozzo/cisterna, un po’ salata ma assolutamente non potabile/contaminata ,mia figlia senza berne e/o lavarsi i denti ha comunque preso la dissenteria. Altri in fa...
