Appartamento Quadrifoglio is a modern, basic but cozy holiday home.
It`s on the ground floor of Blumer complex, by the beach of Sant`Isidoro, one of the lovely seaside locations near Nardò, on the Ionian sea. The apartment, less than 200 meters away from the sea, is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, library, tv, hair-dryer.
Appartmaento Quadrifoglio, with electric gate and outdoor equipped area, accommodates up to 6 guests.
Pets are allowed. Appartamento Quadrifoglio for 6 guests less than 200 meters away from the sea Appartamento Quadrifoglio is on the ground floor of a complex and it is introduced by an outdoor equipped area, with beach beds and dining area.
The apartment opens into a living room with open kitchen, dining area and sofa bed for two guests.
The living room is air conditioned.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other is a twin bedroom.
Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower. The surroundings of the Appartamento Quadrifoglio in Sant`Isidoro Appartamento Quadrifoglio is in the lovely seaside location of Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò, between Portoselvaggio and Porto Cesareo, which is only 4 kilometers away.
The small sand beach of Sant`Isidoro is equipped with a beach establishment and cafè. By the house there are various commercial amenities. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 38 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner in the living room.

Molto positiva! Appartamento a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di S.Isidoro (mare bello soprattutto al mattino) e vicino alle altre spiagge fantastiche della costa. Paesino purtroppo con poche attrazioni nelle serate, ma comunque vicino a Porto Cesareo o Gallipoli per le passeggiate lungomare con gelato.

L'appartamento è collocato a due passi dal mare e risulta comodissimo soprattutto se si hanno dei bimbi molto piccoli. In generale la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario. Mancano i condizionatori nelle camere da letto. La pulizia al nostro arrivo pero lasciava molto a desiderare. La ragazza dell'agenzia, Francesca, è stata molto gentile, disponibile e simpaticissima
