The studio apartment for 2 guests in Sant`Isidoro The studio apartment is reachable by stairs. The complex is introduced by a gate that opens in the courtyard, shared with another studio apartment on the second floor and where it is possible to park the car. The apartment consists of a living room with dining area, kitchenette and a double sofa bed. Moreover, there are a bathroom with shower and the balcony with outdoor dining area.
The apartment is on the first floor of the complex Villa Cieloazzurro.
The surroundings of the studio apartment in the seaside location near Nardò The building Villa Cieloazzurro is in a residential area in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò, 300 meters away from the beach establishment. The seaside location is very lively during Summer, with many amenities and fish-based restaurants. Moreover, the villa is close to Porto Cesareo, which is only 6 kilometers away. - Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp. - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

Bella vacanza , struttura non male , ci siamo adattati in merito alle nostre aspettative , cmq ristrutturata e pulita , non molto distante dal mare , il tutto è andato bene grazie alla professionalità del team dell'agenzia Lupiae , sono bravissimi . Grazie alla prossima .
