Relax with the whole family in this quiet and cosy flat, situated on a hillside amidst farms, vineyards and olive groves, very close to Lake Garda.
Located in the centre of the municipality of Cavaion Veronese, convenient to the towns of Affi, Bardolino and Lazise, it has a pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, wine shops and wine cellars nearby.
The mainly hilly town includes part of Mount Moscal with Mount S.
Michele and part of the hills of the Garda morainic amphitheatre as far as the Adige River.
The climate is mild, of the Po-Mediterranean type, and the flourishing agricultural area is famous for the production of Garda olive oil, wine and asparagus.
Interesting are the panoramic, historical-architectural routes immersed in nature for walks and bicycle rides leading to Lake Garda.
It is close to the main routes such as the A22 motorway with its tollgate in Affi and the SR 450 bypass leading to Peschiera del Garda and the A4 motorway tollgate.
