Villa Marathias is the epitome of rustic charm.
This stone-built villa has character in abundance with a dash of smart and contemporary fittings, and is set in one of the most sought-after locations in Zakynthos thanks to the combination of breath-taking sea views and scenic beauty of the surrounding countryside.
With beautiful gardens and extensive olive groves, you feel totally secluded here – yet you are just a few minutes’ stroll from a small taverna and a downhill walk the nearest beach. The villa comes well-equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay, and sleeps four guests making it suitable for a small family or group.
There are seating spots aplenty, with a wide shaded terrace boasting fabulous views over the garden and olive-clad countryside below, and a spacious open terrace from which you can gaze out to sea in the distance.
Villa Marithias is complete with a sparkling infinity pool with surrounding sun loungers.
The long, calm bay at Keri Limni is just over 1km away where you can enjoy a relaxing vibe and fresh seafood. For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit walk or stand on the infinity pool edge, Children must be supervised at all times. This villa is in a hilly area.
To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide along with 5 steps.
The front door has a width of 78cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 78cm wide.
This pool has ladder access.
There are 4 steps down to the BBQ area.
Both bedrooms have a door width of 76cm and the shower room has a door width of 76cm.
The door into the kitchen/dining area is 76cm wide and the door width into the lounge area is 76cm wide.

The most wonderful villa in a perfect setting among the olive groves with stunning views out over the Ionian Sea. So peaceful and relaxing lying by the luxurious infinity pool. Easy walk to traditional tavernas and close to the small but buzzing Keri Beach village and harbour. Warmly welcomed by the owner who couldn't do enough for us. Very difficult to leave this little piece of paradise'
