Looking for a magical villa stay in Dubrovnik’s charming Old Town? Look no further than Villa Salt Water.
The rich historic past of this ancient city is on your doorstep, with the fascinating limestone streets, baroque buildings, and restaurant-filled plazas just a short walk away.
With a vibrant gastronomic and bar scene, you’ll be spoilt for choice, from family-run bistros to first-class restaurants serving the best of Dalmatian cuisine.
The views speak for themselves, overlooking the crumbling Old Town and the mystical Lovrijenac fortress, all backed by the glistening Adriatic on the horizon. The glistening private pool is surrounded by a garden flourishing with life, surrounded by vibrant green lawns, twisting trees, exotic plants, and lush shrubbery.
The sun loungers are perfect for some blissful daytime sunbathing, all whilst gazing out over the phenomenal cityscape.
At the bottom of the terrace is a charming lounge area and dining table shaded by verdant foliage and Wisteria intertwined in the pergola, so you can unwind with a drink or two in the warm Croatian heat. With so many areas to lounge in, you’ll be able to soak up the incredible landscape from every angle.
Inside, the ground floor is spacious and airy, painted with neutral and bright colours and combined with smooth laminate flooring.
The interiors allude to a sleek contemporary design which comes to life with bright pops of colour.
The open-plan living area features fresh white walls, colourful dining chairs, trendy wall art and a sofa enhanced by bold coloured cushions.
The kitchen is just as sleek and modern, with white glossy cabinetry paired with marbled countertops and the latest appliances.
Our favourite feature is the indoor sauna, perfect for relaxing and melting the stress away.
Four spacious bedrooms are spread across the villa, with two doubles and four single beds, comfortably sleeping up to eight adults. For larger groups, or families that would like even more space to spread out, Villa Adriatic Pearl is located just next door, offering flexibility and privacy for all guests.
Important Information: Please note, this villa does not feature free parking, guests with a car will need to arrange parking directly with a local provider.
All rooms are located on the ground floor of this property and guests have full private use of the pool and villa grounds for the duration of their stay.
The first and second floors of this villa are used for storage and are not accessible to guests.

Villa was great - had amazing outdoor areas with pool and hot-tub. Was also in a great location just 5 mins walk from the old town. Kitchen was well equipped and all rooms very clean and spacious. Very helpful guy Boris for checkin and any questions we had throughout our stay.

A little bit tired but has character. A few things needing fixed but overall a great place to stay. The only negative point would be that we got eaten alive by mosquitoes at night. You could maybe supply something to minimise their presence.

The villa is well positioned outside the Old Town, with a beautiful view of the sea and Fort Lovrijenac from your sunbed. Lots of great restaurants to eat and places to see, particularly if you are a Game of Throne fan!
Boris and Doris looked after us and came to clean the pool
every day.
