We had an amazing stay - the location was just perfect, a quiet side street but so close to the shops and restaurants. Lucy was so helpful before and during our stay and answered any questions we had quickly. The house was lovely and just as described. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again x

The location of the cottage was perfect .very close to western road with all the shops (westrose, Primark , Churchill mall)
Less than 10mm to the beach. Located in a very quiet street. Everything was perfect we rented many cottages in Brighton for 10 years and this one was perfect

Lovely bnb and perfectly positioned - quiet but surrounded by great restaurants and bars a few hundred yards away. Comfortable and welcoming. Some minor areas a little bit tired and needing some repainting. But overall incredibly good value and would stay again.
