This Oakville house is located easy 30 minutes GO train ride to downtown Toronto. There is a plenty of greenery, ponds and walking and bike trails to enjoy nature. Brontë and Lakeshore parks is 5 min away. There is the river / creek that runs around the subdivision. The beach on the shores of Lake Ontario is 2 km away.This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Functional kitchenette with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Full Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.There is a one parking spot. Please don’t park on driveway.Park on the right side of driveway. Please don’t block exit from the garageE-charger available for extra $20 per use.The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Oakville. There is a plenty of greenery, ponds and walking and bike trails to enjoy nature. Brontë and Lakeshore parks is 5 min away. There is the river / creek that runs around the subdivision. The beach on the shores of Lake Ontario is 2 km away.
The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Functional kitchenette with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Full Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.A little dog lives on the main floor.Please be advised that owners might come down to access parts of their basement (such as the mechanical room and the storage room) from time to time.The home is a short drive from Bronte Harbor, Coronation Park, shopping and restaurants, nightlife and Go station. 1 hour drive to Niagara Falls and 35 mins drive to Downtown Toronto. Guests will enjoy the quiet and peace after hectic day of exploring Toronto.
Guest access
There is a one parking spot. Please don’t park on driveway.Park on the right side of driveway. Please don’t block exit from the garage.GYM equipment.No access to the backyard and near the swimming pool at any time whatsoever.There is a fireplace in the bedroom for your use.E-charger available for extra $20 per use.
Other things to note
According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure.Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.- We offer travel cribs (for babies 0-18months). 10$ per one item per night. Please book in advance.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. ✅All guests are required to pay a $200 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. ✅Check-in is after 3PM, check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. ✅Pets are not allowed in the apartment. ✅The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. ✅ According to the rules we have to provide copy of your driver’s license or passport to a Management. Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
