Nice farmhouse comprising 3 apartments situated in panoramic location in the Orcia Valley area, only a few kilometers from the town of Montalcino away.
This house, offering beautiful views over the surrounding landscape, has been completely restored with the original architectural features preserved and has been nicely furnished in a rustic style.
The property is part of a large and renowned farming estate producing an excellent Brunello wine.
Access via dirt road (1km).
Distances: Montalcino with all kinds of shops 4 km away, Pienza 20 km, Siena 38 km, Montepulciano 50 km away, Grosseto 55 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden (3 hectares) with charming panoramic terrace and swimming-pool (5 x 14 m – maximum depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (cold water), dressing room with bathroom with shower (warm water), ancient bread oven, laundry (free use).
All of the apartments provide alarm system.
Extra services included in the rental price: linen change on Wednesdays.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request at € 70,- / per week (payable on site).The produce of the estate is available for clients to be purchased.
Arrivals must be within 19.00.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.
This apartment provides a private outdoor area (garden) and a terrace.

Great location. Large space. Good air conditioning. Handheld shower in the main bathroom lacked a ‘hook’ to hang it on. The kitchen could use a few more utensils including tools for the grill. Nice pool.

Great Villa in the grape vines in the shadow of Montalcino. Amazing views. The kitchen could be better in terms of cooking utensils and grill tools would be a plus. The BBQ was useful though there wasn’t a lot of charcoal (we used some logs under the stairs). A little confusion with the check in tim...

Men vilket hus, lägenhet. Toppen med tanke på att vi var 6 stycken och behövde sovrum för fyra, så detta var toppen. Fint inuti, trevlig uteplats på en liten avsats. Alla tillbehör finns om man vill göra frukost, lunch middag i huset, bara åka till affären och handla. Pool med solsängar och solstola...
