Houses by the Sea is a property made up of two apartment rentals in Almyrida, Crete.
The two units, Kastellina and Emmanouela, are just 50 meters from the sea and close to the village, which offers all essentials.
The tastefully-furnished apartments offer all amenities.
Kastellina has 3 bedrooms, while Emmanouela has 2 bedrooms.
Each apartment has its own outdoor area for al fresco dining.
Houses by the Sea’s strategic location is ideal for a relaxing vacation, while at the same time within easy reach of Crete’s most beautiful beaches and famous tourist sights.
At the disposal of each apartment’s guests: beach 50 meters away; shops, restaurants and businesses just meters away; air conditioning; Wifi internet; private terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs Distances: beach 50 meters away; shops, bars, restaurants and various businesses (car rental) just meters away; Chania 25 km; airport 35 km.
Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site! 120 m2 Raised ground floor (up 6 steps): living room (air conditioning) with fireplace, satellite TV and access to private terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining, dining area and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: bedroom with 2 single beds.
First floor: double bedroom (air conditioning) with private terrace; bathroom with bathtub and washing machine; bedroom (air conditioning) with 2 single beds and private balcony; access to small terrace furnished with 2 sun loungers.

A perfect experience! Great location, comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, clean and pleasant rooms and bathrooms. The property owner was kind and perfectly available. In summary – a very, very warm recommendation!

An ideal villa in the centre of Almyrida, steps from the beach. This was an ideal home for our family vacation. The basement room was great for my teenage sons whilst the upstairs bedrooms had bright views from their balconies.
