Cozy apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, located in a typical Bolognese building and equipped with all comforts for a pleasant stay, including an internal garden for exclusive use. The accommodation is located in Pratello, one of the easiest central districts to reach because it is served by many bus lines and personal services. We are in the historic center of Bologna (ZTL), a short distance from all points of interest, easily reachable on foot.


The 70 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building (there are 2 steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows

- KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, traditional oven and microwave

- LIVING AREA with dining table, single armchair bed, single sofa bed and split A/C

- BEDROOM (1 step to access it) with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C

- BATHROOM (1 step to access it) with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower head

- Internal GARDEN for exclusive use, equipped with umbrella, table and chairs.


Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Baby cot on request (for a fee).

Via Pietralata is an ancient road that divides one of the busiest areas of the city called the Pratello. With its thousand places with shutters painted by famous street artists, which deserve to be seen during the day and keep young people and tourists alive at night, it is one of the reference neighborhoods of Bologna, thanks to the Cineteca located right in via Pietralata, whose programming also offers films in VO. Specifically, in this neighborhood the following are worth visiting: Piazza San Francesco, with its predominantly Romanesque style basilica with already a French Gothic imprint; the Water Factory in Via Calari; the Palazzo Pallavicini and via San Felice with its elegant shops. All the points of interest in the historic center can be easily reached on foot, as are the essential services: bars, pharmacy and minimarket are in fact within 250 metres.


- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line 36, final stop "Palasport" 300 meters from the accommodation.


- FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the Central Station, from which continue with bus line 36, final stop "Palasport" 300 meters from the accommodation.


- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR, ATTENTION: The accommodation is located in a 24-hour restricted traffic zone with cameras, pay attention to the entrance gates. We recommend leaving your car at the paid and guarded car park on Via della Grada, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
