Ginestra 1 is the portion of a semi-detached house located in a quiet residential area behind the town of Marina di Campo.
The location is optimal because the center and the beach are 850 meters away and can be easily reached either on foot or by bicycle via a secondary, flat road.
Ginestra 1 is a large three-room apartment consisting of a large living room with a single sofa bed and an open kitchen, a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower cubicle.
The house has a veranda equipped with table and chairs and a fenced garden suitable for hosting dogs of all sizes.
All rooms have air conditioning in all rooms.
The house has wifi, parking space, a barbecue and 4 bicycles available for guests The price you pay does not include bed linen or towels, if you wish we can rent them for you at a cost of €46.00 for a double pack and €23.00 for a single pack We have special rates with the main ferry companies for Elba, once the booking has been made we can provide you with a personalized quote.

We had a very good holiday week on Elba because of the good weather and your nice accomodation.
It is a nice Flat with the glasroom at on the Eastside (winter garden) with the big window, wich you could open.
The price was Ok.
The garden was very lovely with the colourfull bushes and flowers.
