Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom homely apartment with a private balcony!
The apartment is located in the city centre and offers a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and comfortable double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, which makes the apartment ideal for up to 6 guests.
Located in a quiet residential building, this is perfect for guests looking to explore Liverpool.
Please note the keys are collected from a location 5 minutes from the apartment.
The Space
This modern, central apartment is ideal for families or smaller groups looking to explore the city. Located in a quiet residential building, you have the benefit of a great location in the city and quiet neighbours.
Sleeping six over two bedrooms, each with double bed and the open plan lounge-diner boasting double sofa bed also. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, and private balcony.
Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access
You will have complete access to all aspects of the property with nobody else present at any time. Treat the place like home!

The Neighborhood
The apartment is just a 12-minute walk away from Liverpool One and is close to Liverpool Lime Street Station, as well as all the local attractions including The Walker Art Gallery, The Empire Theatre, and St George's Hall.
Getting Around
Liverpool Lime Street Station and Moorfields Station are just a short walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops located around the city. A taxi from the apartment into the city centre costs no more than £3.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk or 4 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
