Our new, comfortable and charming loft studio with sea view is located near Capoliveri, at the first floor of a small building consisting of two other apartments.
The center of the picturesque town of Capoliveri deserves to be visited, with its narrow and picturesque alleys that hide small artisan shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional dishes of Elba or a good glass of wine.
In the village and surroundings there are some supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, pharmacy, bakeries etc....
The beaches of the area of Capoliveri are many, beautiful and all to discover, the closest to the property are Naregno, Calanova and Straccoligno at about 3 kilometers but we recommend you also see Madonna delle Grazie, Barabarca, Zuccale and Innamorata, just to name a few, which are just a few minutes by car or bike. Studio open space 2 pax: for our guests a nice open plan apartment, with independent entrance and completely renovated with taste and attention to detail, modern and welcoming.
It consists of a single room with kitchenette (complete with induction burners, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave); a nice wardrobe divides the sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Outside, a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs.
The furniture is new and refined, complete with TV, air conditioning and wi-fi.
Private parking space nearby. Arrivals: Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00 pm.
Departures: Check-out h. 9:00.
Utilities: Wi-Fi, electricity, water included.
Final cleaning: € 80,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival).
Bed Linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival).
Pets: not allowed.
Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival).
Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
