Cozy apartment located in a period building in the center of Ceglie Messapica, equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located in a convenient area, from which you can reach all points of interest on foot, such as Ducal Castle and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, full of venues and equipped with all the essential services.
It is also just a 15-minute drive from Ostuni and 20 from its wonderful marina.
Ceglie station is a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation of approximately 40 sqm is located on the first floor of a period building, with an independent entrance from the street, NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it. There are also 4 internal high steps to access the kitchenette. The internal space is divided as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and toaster - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, split A/C and smart TV - SLEEPING AREA with double bed in alcove - BEDROOM with two single bunk beds and wardrobe (ATTENTION: it does NOT have a door, but is separated from the rest of the living area with a curtain) - BATHROOM with wc and floor shower - BALCONY. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via heat pump, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: *** Check-in can also take place in self mode, using a keybox.
