Welcome to Porthole Cottage, a classic harborside property nestled in the picturesque Cornish town of Mevagissey.
Perfect for accommodating up to four guests, this charming cottage serves as an ideal home base for exploring the labyrinth of narrow streets adorned with numerous pubs, cafes, galleries, shops, and restaurants. The delightful nautical theme that permeates the property perfectly captures the essence of its coastal location.
Enjoy comfort with plush sofas, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi—ideal for unwinding after a day spent at the nearby beach.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen awaits for those who wish to dine in or cook up the day's fresh catch! Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms—a double and a twin, along with a modern family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, basin, and WC. Within Mevagissey guests can discover some excellent eateries and bars, where you can indulge in local delicacies such as scallops, crab, or mackerel.
Spend the day at beaches nearby, where water sports, ice creams, and refreshing swims in the clear blue waters await.

Lovely cottage in Mevagissey

The cottage is tucked away in a very quiet and peaceful area only a couple of minutes walk from the harbour. It’s extremely well equipped and furnished and had everything we needed. Great to have a washer/drier too so that we could refresh our towels/teatowel during our stay.

This was a lovely little cottage spread over 3 floors, fantastic quiet location literally minutes from the harbour ,past lovely little shops i hadn’t discovered on previous trips, and car park less than 30 seconds away.
It’s well equipped and very clean.
Thank you for a lovely stay and return of the stray soft toy. :) x
Cosy cottage in perfect location

Location was excellent. Just a two minute stroll round the corner into the harbour. Not far to walk from the carpark either which is ideal. Lovely cosy cottage. We felt at home here.
