First floor: living room (air conditioning, smart TV) with dining area, kitchen (cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee maker, American coffee maker), wc, laundry room, double bedroom (air conditioning, king-size bed) with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom (air conditioning) with private bathroom with shower.
Second floor: living room (air conditioning, smart TV) and terrace access, 2 double bedrooms (air conditioning, king-size bed), each with private bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms (air conditioning), each with private bathroom with shower.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable.
The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival.
For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation. Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied (all cancellations must be confirmed in writing): - 30% of the total rental if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day. - 70% of the total rental if it is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day. - 100% of the total rental if it is made between 29 and the arrival day or in case of no-show. Arrival between 17:00 and 21:00 Departure between 08:00 and 10:00 Pool open from 1 January to 31 December To be paid on the spot Not included in the rental price: Refundable Security Deposit in cash (mandatory): 1000.00€ Late Arrival (on request): 30.00€ Tourist tax (mandatory): to be arranged with the owner Included in the rental price: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set) Bed linen and towels (weekly changed) Final Cleaning Electricity Heating (on request) Internet Wifi Air conditioning Babycot (on request) Pool towels Welcome kit

We were 4 couples vacationing together. The villa is wonderful. It is new and very well planned and appointed very nicely. The property manager, Alessandra, was incredible. She helped us plan each day and arranged for a chef and various tours. She connected us with Lorenzo, a driver, who was always available and very accommodating.
Overall one of the best vacations we have had. No stress!
