With cosy furs and cushions, this holiday home becomes a delightful oasis surrounded by peace and nature. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all connected. Enjoy comfortable hours curled up on the sofa in front of the warming wood-burning stove, or savour a delicious Danish "frokost" (traditional lunch) at the dining table.
Peaceful sleep is assured in the three bedrooms. One features a double bed, while the others each have two single beds. The bathroom with shower enclosure has everything needed for your holiday stay.
Practical household amenities have been carefully considered. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer make holiday life easier.
To enjoy the fresh sea air, you have two terraces at the house. One open terrace and one sheltered, where you can relax in the sun loungers. The ferry from Esbjerg takes 12 minutes to reach Fanø island. During the crossing, you'll encounter beautiful nature, including sandbanks where seals often rest. Fanø offers numerous activities throughout the year, and its flat sandy beaches are among Denmark's finest and most child-friendly.
The 23-square-mile (60 km²) island is perfect for cycling. There's a lovely cycle path from Nordby to Sønderho in the south, and guided bicycle tours are available to visit the island's various attractions.
Various beach activities are popular on Fanø. Besides kite flying, amber hunting and surfing, you can try land sailing (blokarting) on the wide beaches. The island's numerous restaurants and cafés offer culinary experiences featuring local produce. Fanø even has its own brewery and various locally-produced rums and gins.
