This is a wonderful place to relax: Located on the gentle hillsides of Pescoluse, this recently completed, upscale natural stone villa with pool awaits you, nestled in a large Mediterranean garden. Experience the view of the blue Ionian Sea below in all its facets, from early morning until evening, when the sun - depending on the season - sinks behind the hills or into the sea.
The villa offers two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds - making it ideal for a family. A sofa bed in the living room can also be used. There is a shower room and a living and dining room with an open kitchen. The latter is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. The villa is fully air conditioned, cold or warm depending on the season.
You can take your meals either indoors or outside on the shaded terrace with sea views. There is also a wood-burning oven next to the house, which you can use for homemade pizza, for example. The pool is just a few steps away from the house. Another highlight is the roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing or for an aperitivo with a fantastic 180 degree view over the sea and the coast.
The entire property including the garden and pool is available exclusively to you and is not shared with other guests.
The coastal town of Pescoluse, known for its golden sandy beaches, is approx. 1.5 km away as the crow flies. Here you will find shops for your daily needs as well as some good restaurants, such as the Lido Venere right on the beach. In the area you can also take wonderful walks, cycle, rent a boat or take a boat tour (e.g. to the sea caves of Leuca) or try out many different water sports. Well-known medieval towns such as Gallipoli, Galatina, Otranto or Lecce can be reached by car in 30-50 minutes.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,35 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
