An automatic gate, with entry code, gives access to a large outdoor area where you can park your car. A beautiful covered veranda, exclusive property, is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The interior rooms of the ground-floor apartment open with the living room with an open kitchenette, table and chairs for dining, and a single sofa bed. The living room is air conditioned and allows you to exit to the back of the house where there is a nice garden equipped with shower, washstand and outdoor furniture where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors. The sleeping area, introduced by an air-conditioned hallway, consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full shower room.
