We are just a few minutes from the hospital area (Molinette, San Lazzaro Dermatological Hospital, Regina Margherita Hospital, Sant'Anna Hospital, CTO Trauma Center); Turin Lingotto Polytechnic, City of Health and Science University and Lingotto Fiere.
This approximately 40 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with NO elevator (not accessible for disabled guests).
The accommodation comprises: KITCHEN CORNER: with refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, toaster, kettle, moka pot and kitchen utensils LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed and dining table BEDROOM: with double bed, TV and wardrobe BATHROOM: with shower, bidet and hairdryer Our guests will also have access to: free unlimited WiFi, 2 fans, iron and ironing board, independent heating with boiler and a balcony.
PLEASE NOTE: NO AIR CONDITIONING.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
